How Aiman Salem, trading as ReportAi.au · ABN 95 973 765 172 handles your information, written against the Australian Privacy Principles. It covers what is collected when you create an account and use the software, the AI, hosting, analytics and payment providers that process it, which of them are outside Australia and in which countries, and how long data is kept. You can delete your account yourself at any time — from the app menu or at /delete-account. Billing stops immediately and everything is permanently removed 30 days later, so a deletion made by mistake can be undone by signing in during that window. After that nothing is retained, so export your work before the date passes.
Two things inspectors ask about most. The text you capture is sent to AI providers outside Australia in order to draft your report — DeepSeek in China, Z.ai in Singapore and OpenAI in the United States, each named in clause 6 with what it receives. And your photo files are never sent to an AI provider at all; only the number, filename and your caption are.
