AI structural inspection reports, written in the field

reportai.au turns an inspector's field notes, voice recordings, and captioned photos into a structural inspection report structured around AS 4349.1. Capture the site on a phone, review the draft, and export to Word or PDF.

Two halves of one job

The field app runs in your phone's browser and keeps working with no signal. Upload a floor plan or sketch one, drop numbered defect markers and set the direction each faces, attach photos, annotate them, and record spoken notes. Split a job into as many sections as the building needs — one per storey, one per elevation, however you work — and each keeps its own plan, markers and photos.

The report builder on the website takes that evidence and drafts the report: every section written from what you captured, photos placed in the section they belong to, a quality-assurance pass over the draft, then export to Word or PDF with a cover page, contents, photographic record and limitations appendix.

• Monthly Pro — $59.99 AUD a month. No daily limit on reports, 30 photos per report, cloud storage, save and resume, and the premium field tools. Cancel any time.
• Yearly Pro — $599.88 AUD a year, which works out at $49.99 a month — two months free compared with paying monthly. Same features as Monthly Pro.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are the total payable. A Pro subscription licenses one named inspector, who may use it on any of their own devices.
